Terms and Conditions

Despatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally despatched within 72 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. Delivery is up to 7 days within Europe, and up to 15 days rest of the world.

Prices and Tax.

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties and local taxes payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these charges.

Distance Selling Regulations

These regulations give consumers a right to:

  • receive clear information about the supplier, the goods and the sale before deciding to buy - this information is contained within this web site
  • confirmation of this information in writing - confirmation of the sale are emailed on receipt of the order
  • a cancellation period of 7 working days in which to withdraw from the contract
  • protection from payment card fraud

Cancellation and Returns

  • On the cancellation of a contract, any sum paid by the consumer will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of cancellation. The full price paid for the goods will be refunded and this includes the cost of delivery of the goods to the consumer.
  • If you wish to cancel the contract and return the goods you must email internet.returns@courtaulds.com with the details of the return, including the invoice number within 7 days following the delivery date of the goods.
  • If you have received the goods before cancelling the contract, you will be under a duty to restore those goods to the supplier at your own cost and, in the meantime, to keep them and take reasonable care of them. This duty to take reasonable care ends if the consumer (at his own expense) sends the goods to the supplier.
  • If you cancel the contract before receiving the goods, and the carrier attempts to deliver the goods, you should not accept delivery from the carrier, and they will return the goods to us. In the event of the carrier leaving the goods, it is the suppliers responsibility to arrange the return of the goods from you
  • Due to the personalised nature of our products, garments may only be returned if they have not been worn.
  • Carriage costs will not be refunded where there is a partial cancellation of a contract and only some of the goods are returned.

Colours

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Consumer Rights

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
